Admin Site

The LOOP admin site allows authenticated user to add, edit and delete content in the repository as well as perform other administrative functions for users, audits and reports.

All logic is handled by the LOOP API - so it can be considered as purely an authenticated user interface for the API.

Specific administration functionality allows users to add/edit/delete the information below:

Note: Availability of these different areas of functionality is dependent on the admin role type that is applied to the current user.

  •  Organisations

  • Services - Information about services delivered.  Linked to an organisation record.  

  • Locations - Linked to services

  • Resources - Information resources (linked to other locations)

  • Users - Users for the admin site itself

  • Reports - Allowing bulk export of LOOP information

  • Admin - Various functionality including:

    • Audit Logs - View and download logs relating to system access and API calls

    • Notifications - View email notifications sent by the system

    • Taxonomies - View and edit the taxonomy classification structure and tags

    • Collections - View and edit taxonomy collections

    • Search Engine - View and edit thesaurus

    • Stale Services - Functionality to disable services that haven't been updated since a specified date

    • CiviCRM - Integration settings for CiviCRM

  •  Update requests - View, search and approve content update requests
