“Integrated health and care requires integrated systems”

It is recognised that delivery of integrated health and care needs integrated systems. Although our team is not positioning ourselves as a deliverer of integration, if we understand the gaps we can be in a position to plug them with team and/or funding support.

We aim to build recognition within the wider system that integration is a critical capability to health and care. This doesn’t mean trying to interrupt programmes of work within organisations, but instead help support decision making to avoid unnecessary introduction of technical debt and discovery of funding opportunities.
